We can offer 1-1 therapy sessions for adults and young people, providing a safe space for you to explore your own emotions and process past hurts. Using creativity to help you explore and express your feelings, we can journey together to help you lead your best life.
We recommend a minimum of 12 sessions, but this will be reviewed throughout the work. These sessions can be in person or via zoom.
Our sessions can incorporate creativity to help you find your voice, and express yourself, as well as embodiment psychotherapy approaches which are particularly helpful when dealing with trauma. For more information please contact us.
The therapy sessions are £50 each. Bursary funding is available for families if required.
Referrals can come from families direct or professionals supporting the family.
